Since there technically is not rule for "prop abuse/surfing" it will be put under exploiting. Technically the user didn't do nothing wrong as he was a hunter, It would be different if he was a prop and trying to get out of the map. Anyways the player didn't really harm anyone but I will contact him and let him know he shouldn't be doing this on the server as it is not the intended feature of props.
