Yep, i saw the kos, didnt see him cancel it. was busy doing a report so yep RDM
 I shoulda paid more attention to the game and not staffing |

I've spoken with Nay and he did make a mistake. He was busy dealing with a report and saw the KOS, but didn't see the guy retract it. He apologises for rdming you and he will pay more attention in the future before killing someone.
Consider this accepted, but no further action will be taken.
