Nah that's great mate shows the main incident that resulted in me being gagged. Hopefully that means Kevin can be dealt with appropriately. Here's hoping somebody else can come forward with some evidence that exposes Rittsu as well.

I’ll speak to the staff members in question tomorrow as they are offline now. If anymore evidence does come up do post it here on send it to me in a private message on discord.

Thanks Hazza and Poseidon and everyone else for your help. Hopefully we can get this dealt with appropriately. Hopefully these two mods can treat this as a learning experience and maybe have some refresher training. Or maybe it's worth taking the demotion and have the time to reflect on what behaviour is required for a server mod. Thanks guys.

I'd also like to weigh in and state that Rittsu had me banned for false reports which wasn't true. I had incurred some warnings and bans on the server by admin Ross for killing on sus and rdm which were justified. I then later reported a player for shooting to hurt but not kill me (so as not to incur rdm) after consulting the damage logs as I was not 100% aware of the situation until I had read these. Rittsu banned me for false reporting and did not even bother to check the logs. He then later lied on my ban appeal by saying he didn't see anything and the other mods on this forum took his word for it with no evidence.

I understand this is my word against his. I did also chat with Rittsu on Steam asking him to at least check the logs which he refused to do. Hopefully this is of some help with your report as Rittsu too directed me to the forums rather than take a proactive approach to moderating.

Yeah I appreciate it mate but Ive already made an appeal that was denied. My bans almost over anyway so I'm not really bothered. I was just providing some more evidence regarding the conduct of one of the mods in question.

I don’t see any reason for action to be taken against Rittsu as what he was telling you is that you would need proof for any action to be taken against me, and also I was assuring him that you said the N word at the time when he asked me about it, because that’s what I believed at the moment.

When I heard you say what I now understand is negan everyone started spamming N word N word in chat and I saved an instant replay of it, when I looked at it I genuinely believed you said the n word and I hadn’t even thought of the possibility that you said negan. All I said in chat at the time was “negan would have been fine, but that’s not what you said” and this can be verified via the logs. As I was convinced from the recording that's not what you said.

Regarding the name change thing, no one changed the name because people knew it wasn’t loopholing racism and no one was supposed to get punished for it, well until I misheard him.

Negan is not a loophole of racism, sure you can say it sounds similar but it is a name and there wasn’t even any offensive context like (TOU spoiler, be aware)
as an example to loophole the rule.

You’ve done nothing wrong by the looks of it and I hope this will get solved for you, the staff members in question will just need to understand situations like these much better next time. No excuses to say the nword either, I don’t care who it is but they’re clearly being arseholes.

I was told multiple times that this server is "innocent until proven guilty".

Why tf is this even going is beyond me, whilst idk about a DEMOTE per say, because I know first hand how hectic the server can get, mishearing stuff with 5+ people talking AT THE SAME TIME and having to manage so many people, it gets hard, but definitely not up to this point hard. Saying Negan is not an excusable use of loophole racism enforcement, there shouldn't even be a discussion about this.

Secondly, you kept bugging me in game about the whole thing, which i told you to appeal and you tried making it a big deal when there was no need and you could have just appealed it like i said.
