Hey Monarchist! After reviewing the provided evidence I've decided to deny this appeal. Gambling naturally comes with a risk of losing money. Under the given circumstances it's pretty obvious that you're not gonna make your money back if you roll below 70. Getting your money back would simply be unrealistic.
