Hello Smog,

I have looked into this ban and spoken with Ross, alongside some other staff who were on at the time and have come to the conclusion to DENY this demote request.
You have provided very little proof and Ross has provided me your rapsheet which shows you had 6 recent punishments, the majority of which were due to you being homophobic on the server consistently. The ban is very much justified, albeit 3 days is slightly longer than usual. However, other staff have reported your attitude was also poor so I am happy with this ban and the actions Ross took on you.
