TOPIC: Unfair RDM punishment from admins Broken and Lotto

Hi,

Once again, I'm here to report a staff member for dodging his report against a casual longterm player and member of Zarp like myself. Some of you perhaps remember me and are friends with me. I usually behave a little too rude but I always try to keep by the rules of the server. I would not bother to make this report again because you always ask for evidence that I show and you don't count it as evidence, but since David encouraged me to create this report on the forums, I decided to go ahead and do it for my own sake only. I could care the less if I was abused by a staff member because they are a bunch of kids in majority.

ANYWAY! I was playing as innocent (I don't remember which round it was, perhaps the admins that you chose [Broken and Lotto] would know since they are supposed to be qualified for the position) and there were a couple Traitors left to finish the round. Now I knew that opertedog player was dead as a Traitor. Until I saw Lotto reviving him inside the tower, right behind the door and he went to run away from opertedog who unfortunately was AFK and because Lotto saw me that I saw him what he did, he pretended to shoot at opertedog but I killed both of them. opertedog showed as red as well on my screen and yes, I do tab a lot during my games, Broken.

So Lotto reported me and Broken handled my report. Broken instantly took the side of Lotto cause they are staff buddies without accepting the fact that I replied 3 freaking times to their questions of WHY (I do not accept fault) I killed Lotto. They just didn't want to hear my truth and because of that, Broken decided to RDM punish me.

Games like that really trigger me sometimes and it's not fair to deal with toxic players. I am playing on the server for over 2 years, perhaps more and I always get such lame situations like this one I had today. Like I said, I wouldn't bother to complain (again) but I thought why the heck not? I could care less if you believed me or not or even if you punished Lotto for admin abuse. I just love Garry's mod as a game. Perhaps you'd say "why not leave the server then?" Well, why would you want someone to leave your server? I guess I just like how it looks like sometimes and it's easy to win rounds on your server.

P.S. Oh! And Lotto's excuse was "there's no way of you knowing I revived opertedog" and he kept saying that in the report between us and Broken. He was in no decision to forgive me or not WHEN I WAS THE ONE PROVEN for killing both of them! Don't ask me for date information and details. I mentioned all I could remember above.

I do and don't you give me that lame attitude. You can check my profile if you're familiar with the forums page "man". But I don't visit the forums often and like I said, I gave all the information in my post already. But if you want it that way then here you go:

Admins Name: Broken and Lotto
Reason: RDM when I was proven for killing Lotto and opertedog cause Lotto revived opertedog.
Server: Zarp TTT
Time: RDM slay next round.
Story: Read my post.
Proof: No. What you are asking is not possible to show. I showed screenshots in the past that you did not count as proof. Yet you take admins' words as an evidence. I just wanted to explain what happened to maybe wish for a better choice next time you choose someone as an admin instead of having sly and angry mods like Lotto.
Extra Information: Yes, this whole report was opened for 3 whole rounds waiting for me to reply over and over again the same truth of my side. I SAW him reviving his T buddy.

Thanks for your reply, TheRealNepgear. Like I said, I took the encouragement from David to make this report on the forums. I will still play TTT on ZARP server. But what Lotto (and Broken) did... yeah, it was not really fair to keep me for 3 rounds after to accept fault when I was basically proven. That's just admin abuse.

Imo the way this report should have been handled is if the mod in question handling the report would have checked the timestamps of when the traitor got revived and by who and if that was close enough to the time that Helen killed them both. But cause this report abuse/warn appeal has no damage logs at all it's taking one person word against the other. Good luck with this whoever is handling it.

Hello there, I never meant to get you punished due the fact I wanted to know how you possibly could have seen me revive him when the door was closed, never walked in when i was reviving and last was crouching sideways so not fully in the door. I was wondering how you were able to see me

I don't see any action as necessary but I do support this.

Providing evidence would've been very appropriate for this matter.
However, it depends on the two staff members (BrokeN and Lotto) whether this abuse report is accepted or not and whether your warning is considered valid or not.

Ok, Helen I’m sorry first of all. I can confirm what Helen said is basically true, and I had no problems not punishing you, but you were just saying that you saw lotto do it as you mentioned you said it three times, but after I asked you in the report chat where you saw lotto res him and you didn’t answer for two rounds of ttt, that’s when I typed in regular game chat “hellen pls answer” and waited another round, you guessed it there was no answer, so I went ahead and punished you. I don’t want to blame lotto but he did not say don’t punish. So hellen I’m sincerely sorry for the miss understanding. I will try to be more aware next time.
