Reason - RDM
Story - Was driving my car, just so happened to be hitting him. He killed me, failed to do a /me -- causing me to lose my expensive Ferrari, I don't tolerate this behaviour.

3.3 Vehicle Collisions - If you get damaged as a result of getting hit by a car then you must warn the member using "/me" (for example "/me watch where you are going or you will be killed next time!") before attacking/killing them.
