What you said to Spectrum was you were in the middle of RP, assuming that once you had finished "RPing", you'd be free to join a sit.
From your videos, only one of them show that you were actively RPing and that is the one where you're not warned in.
How is Spectrum meant to trust the intentions of you joining the sit once you're out of RP, if you proceed to say that you're still in RP even though you're not?
You were clearly trying to twist Spectrums arm in this by avoiding him, and if you're going to do that, then why should he not just warn you on the spot when you know what you did (RDM), you're not RPing at the time of the warning and the fact that you were trying to avoid him?

The issue I see here is that you was avoiding the sit, The "rp" you was doing was minor and if anything trolling. You was sat doing the laughing emote attempting to troll other players with it. If you was warned mid raid or mid gunfight then yes he would be in the wrong. As he stated he could see what you was doing and felt it was fine to warn you. If you didn't rdm you wouldn't of been warned in the first place.

After a brief discussion on TeamSpeak with both Trixter and Spectrum, the situation was resolved with little to no issue and rather effectively, with both parties being happy with the compromise we made.

Concerning what had occurred in the PD lobby, Trixter did in-fact RDM, even though it wasn't his intention to do so, as it can be clearly seen in the video, the aperture he was shooting through was really small, and that resulted in the accidental RDM which later ensued in the punishment that Spectrum issued. As for Spectrum, even though Trixter's RP was not disrupted much, he openly acknowledged that he should have handled the situation a bit better than he did.

No action will be taken against Spectrum and Trixter's punishment will be removed shortly.
