Imo this is a bit nit picky, yeah I get he didn't arrest him but surely he must of not been paying attention or had other priorities to do as cop I'm assuming

Was a drug used? I've watched it a few times and genuinely I couldn't see it but I'm guessing it was the other admin? Anyways if I'm struggling to notice it with my full attention watching for it and am struggling he probably missed it as well.

I forgot to mention the fact that jamie was communicating with spectrum hence why he suddenly knew where Forbidden_ was, you can see spectrum at the scene aswell..
So its weird how he didn't "notice" i mean come on is the LT fucking 12 to believe this shit!
