What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:

excessive punishment, enforcement of a rule which doesn't fucking exist

not listed under exploiting because there's no way in the world, after this long, that it's unintentional that you can go cop whilst wanted - been there for fucking years, stupidly easy fix to implement, everyone knows about it

not listed under job abuse because job abuse specifies two examples and does not have a broad enough scope

banning from the job for a fucking hour? no sit either, really shows how competent he actually is, didn't actually allow any input from my side

Half the time he has no fucking idea about the rules, he's attempted to punish me in the past for instances that aren't even rulebreaks. He also defends gangsters from police as citizens, shop owners etc, in order to attempt to rip suits on a regular basis.

He is enforcing rules that do not even exist, also tried getting me in trouble for "slander" because i was being rdm'd in prison and he was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing productive so i told him to do his job...

This doesn't state you can't commit criminal acts, such as printing. It's just stating you can't set your job to be something like "Private Hitman" or something similar.

Hi Sorle,

I have reviewed your report, spoken to Jack and discussed this report with other Head Admins to solidify my decision to ensure the best possible outcome could be delivered.

Your behavior does not breach the Job Abuse rule as:

1. you did not change job in order to instantly claim a hit
2. you did not change from a job that cannot raid to one that can, in order to raid a base you're in

However, the /fbi command (the one you used in your video) forces you to a cop job that previously was not possible unless done by an Admin or higher - which was considered admin abuse. If this command started a vote however, that would be a different kettle of fish.

It is pretty clear from your video that you used this command to avoid the arrest/RP - laughing at Jack and sarcastically saying "never been wanted in my life" is sort of a smoking gun in that regard - by switching job as Jack was attempting to arrest/chase you. This command is not to be used to avoid arrest/RP (since cops can't arrest other cops) but simply change job.

The exploiting rule is purposely left with a generic definition as exploiting can often be identified through common sense - we could add examples of common exploits to further assist users that may require it however I would assume that if none have been added before, it probably does not bring much value to the server rules.

As for Jack's punishment(s), he has apologised for banning you from cop for 1 hour and has explained that was not the desired time he wanted to ban you for. Furthermore, he decided to kill you rather than slay so nothing is added to your rapsheet purely because the FBI job is bugged; you spawn in jail with a gun if you are force arrested. I have reminded Jack to be more cautious when issuing punishments of any sort and that he should do his due diligence to correct any errors he makes as soon as possible.
