Alright this is pretty clear proof, I want to apologise again for the delay in dealing with this report.

I have gotten a staff member (Sorle) to check the users rapsheet on the server and found he already has one active punishment so a ban won't be given out for this. I will be punishing the user with a warning for what he has done.

Thank you for taking the time to make this report and for your patience.

EDIT: In future it is worth noting that "FailRP" is not in our server rules.
