Scenario: I come into the nether and see an unidentified body and Mytic walking 2 blocks away from it to the house, walks up house and sees me. then immedeatly looks at the body and says oh wow what is this body doing here.Note; he was the only one in the nether and no one had come out of the nether. I id the body and also see that the body was shot by the same gun mytic is using. immedeatly mytic runs out of the nether and that is when I call a kos on him, this seems very reasonable and within the rules in my opinion. after that mytic reports me for false kos and CONTINUES TO HANDLE HIS OWN REPORT. I'm sorry but have you ever seen a judge, judge their own lawsuit? no because it is beyond absurd. why would you allow a mod to handle thier own report. the mod is completly biased in most cases.

In conclusion i would like my ban lifted and my warn removed. Also I want there to be a rule that mods (or any other type of person with that kind of permissions) to be able to handle their own reports.

So first off, You'd need to use the template for report abuse, Secondly i'm uploading the proof right now, By the time you came into the nether i was by the hut, The body you're talking about quite clearly is the detective one not the one i last killed as you wouldn't of been able to see it.
Where i was ontop of the hut and the body you stated was about 10 blocks away possibly a bit less. I could of easily just joined and spawned in ontop of the hut and not id'd the body due to that. I wasn't near the un id'd body. The guy i killed last you woudln't of seen his body due to it being obstructed from your vision. I'm uploading the proof now.

you were walking towards the tower when I tped into the nether so you cant claim i just joined. you noticed me when u were on top of the house that doesnt mean i joined the nether when you came on top of the tower	Pieter Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 6 Karma: 0

After speaking to Kurze about the situation i'm able to see where you're coming from with the KOS. With my side i saw it to a false kos due to mutiple situations that could of occured in the nether. Hello Pieter,

Thank you for taking your time to make this appeal. We appreciate you doing this.
After looking at the evidence with Slitheen we have concluded that you are in the right on this and you shall be unbanned.
Mytic was the only one in the nether and killed both people in the nether.

We shall unban you and remove the warning in question.

About your question for the handling his own reports, when a staff member is the only one online he has no choice but to handle his own report.

We will push your request on to the Super admin + meeting to discuss this matter
