Reason - RDM and Disrespect

Story - i loaded into the server and was going up the ele and he was earraping before this clip then i get into the elevator and he kills me with my evo and minigun 2.0 equipped. this is the 2nd time he's rdmed me with a suit on. after that he said "rip evo you fucking cunt i hope you die of cancer" it's becoming really repetitive him disrespecting me and rdming me, especially because he rdmed me 10 days ago with my acs on.

also, it's literally 1 kill, and he only has 1 recent, so that's doesn't result to a ban.
(Also in the vid you got killed by stinkey bals but in your screenshot it says Nikoo)

I remember Clarky (if I’m not mistaken) warning him that next time he is going to say such disgusting and hateful comments he will get permanently banned. Something should be done cause that’s not how any human should act at all.

If you think he deserves a ban just because he ripped your items, you're very very wrong. Doesn't matter even if you had a Gjugg and a Golden Gluon, RDM is still RDM, and his punishment will be determined based on the rulebreaks he commited and his amount of recent punishments...

Niko's actions are completely unacceptable, he has been banned for a week for continued language and RDM to rip a suit. If Niko continues this after his ban, he will be facing a more hefty ban because I will not be tolerating his behaviour in the community at all.
