What're you on about with it being rp so they don't know your job role? You choose the female gangster class which I am pretty sure there is not a female miner so there would be no mistaken jobs.
Why would you need to take out a weapon to watch them when you could've used a camera?

It is clear what your intentions were, nevertheless it isn't rdm at all

I can argue with you whole day, but id rather leave this to a staff member to handle.
Pointing a gun is not a valid reason to kill someone, tamaninja was reported for the exact same reason one or two days ago and it got accepted..
This again shows that he still did not learn from his past actions and the punishment should be harder.

The difference being that Red only scoped in for a couple of seconds and then switched weapons showing that he is not a threat:

As per the rules for RDM, you can only kill if the person is a threat. Simply aiming the gun cannot be classified as a threat, the person must be advancing towards and show CLEAR intention to harm.
E.g. If the player walked towards you with the PSG-1 out and fired a shot, THAT is threatening.
Aiming for 30seconds and not shooting a single shot is a not threatening and is therefore not a valid RP reason to kill someone.
I would know, i've been banned for it many times.

Being a threat can be shown through many different ways. and aiming at someone outside of their base, as a raidable job can be considered as one. You literally have never been banned for this so don't chat breeze lad

As for the report, no shit as to why you got killed, you're literally aiming a gun at them midraid which gives them a good reason to kill you as you are a threat. Notice how no one shot you when you had a camera out? That's because you was no threat.
