Story:

I was standing watching tama and his crew nuke, i did not pass the kos sign nor did i fire a single shot.
I used psg scope to look and not to harm anyone as you can see in the video.
Tamaninja was reported previously for the same thing yet he still continues breaking rules.
I was killed twice like this but the first log disapeared for dramn so i could only get one log.

You were stood right next to the kos sign as a raidable job aiming at them with a weapon lad, it is clear you were baiting an rdm

Pointing a gun is not a valid reason to kill someone, tamaninja was reported for the exact same reason one or two days ago and it got accepted..
This again shows that he still did not learn from his past actions and the punishment should be harder.
