From your second video, shouting "I have a recording" after already being auto slain shows nothing to the admin, unless you can show the admin the video from the second you get reported, the admin is just doing their job, as all they can see is the logs, this is in no way demote worthy and saying "now i gotta make a demote request" is just fucking childish, as well as saying "I'm disappointed" who the fuck cares if Seargent44 is disappointed an admin did their job? 0 fucking people that's who, get off your pedestal mate
In my personal opinion, you did RDM, when he first shot, that's when you should have had your "fight or flight" mode in regard to killing him (which would have been justified as he joined a gunfight) even then, it could have been a misclick, he was a T, if he wanted you dead he could pull out his main weapon and end you on the spot while you watched that fight
You then, after the fight had fully ended, pushed him into lava, and now the T clearly thought he did nothing wrong, he didn't even fight back
you took a shot in the dark to guess if he was a T after that engagement and you were luckily right, you had 0 proof other than he shot 1 bullet, that missed, that you didn't immediately react on, that's killing on sus IMO
I agree that some of the stuff seargent said kind of annoyed me but i do believe that the situation was handled poorly by the staff member. The staff member was informed in the report that if needed a video could be provided, it is not the users responsibility to have a video ready as soon as they get reported, it is on the staff member to decide if they will need video proof and not to punish a user if they do not have any video proof. If all the admin can see is the logs they should not punish anyone if further evidence is required, for example lets say someone is trying to prop kill me an i kill them, the logs only show me killing them but i should not be punished because i wasnt recording or had no video to link in the report.
As for it being RDM or not the video clearly shows the guy shoot at an innocent and then seargent even asked why he shot the innocent, which he doesnt even need to ask according to the rules. The guilty party refused to respond to the question and was a traitor, this is not killing on sus.
