I have no idea why this was left so long, I apologise on that matter.

As for the report it is clear you were RDA'd, however the majority of the people in that base went back to interact with the cop raiding when you were meant to leave the district promptly. Obviously the doesn't excuse the fact he arrested you, so what I am going to do is speak to him in-game and decide the punishment through his rapsheet.
