Not killing on Sus, and not joining gunfights. Joining gunfights is when two people are shooting eachother and you don't know who did who. Not killing on Sus because Seargent did snipe unnanounced. War probably also saw a dead body at the direction where Seargent was shooting. Very confusing as innocents usually don't snipe people out of nowhere unnanounced.

I have spoken to War_Aqua. He believed you shot off of the tower with the intention to kill an innocent. The whole situation was a misunderstanding on his part. Yeah I'm just going to have a semi overrule here. Having this accepted is not necisarry. Even though it's just a talk to request. War_Aqua understood that he should be more carefull and nothing else will come from it. DrConor did nothing wrong with accepting this but the consequences are greater than the gain from accepting this
