Other Comments: yes he and nafe were actually mass cdming but i dont have any proof for that.. but a staff who was on and still is can see the logs-It was nikoo actually and it was 1 time

Well they are raiding the PD so them killing you is totally valid, however if they keep spawn killlling you its a different story but he can infact kill you for no reason if he wanted to.

I was clarified by onion and oxy right now that the only 2 reasons you are allowed to kill a prisoner are if the prisoner are outside the cell or attempting to leave or if the person raiding unarrests the prisoner and wants them dead so he can avoid the risks, sorry for the misunderstanding.
