Reason - Exploiting suicide to avoid arrest, after mass rdming
Story - Guy was constantly rdming, then suiciding b4 he could be arrested

But he seems to be suiciding just before the arrest baton gets in range in certain instances, it could be a decent fix but wouldn't completely negate the issue.

I had a look through your report and its very clear that this person has no intent to roleplay according to the rules and did infact attempt to Mass RDM and did suicide abuse and they will be punished for their rulebreaks accordingly.
