He is yelling at people, threatening them with kicking them for his own enjoyment.
He also said someone would get demoted for playing fortnite.

Story - (What happened?)
He keeps threatening people with is powers showing he doesn't have the self-control to have these powers.

Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)
I can't record teamspeak, it is apparently not allowed.

There's very specific rules for recording teamspeak.
1.) Chute gives permission to do so.
2.) When you're going to report someone for abusing their powers.

That's about it. I know it says "under no circumstances can you record teamspeak" it's wrong, and I've told them to change it in the past, but whoops looks like they haven't gotten around to that QUITE yet. Unless you're recording for those 2 reasons, you should not record teamspeak and can be punished for it. I suggest not recording THROUGH teamspeak though, as it tells people when you are, and if the abusing staff member is there, well shit, you're fucked. Rip you.

If the person that takes this actually wants to do the proper thing, they should talk to the other people in the channel, and if the story is pretty obvious and syncs up with everyone else's, there's no need. There were other staff members in that channel, and I think their word can be trusted.
