also the rule:

4.15 Purchasing/Claiming Properties & Areas - You may only purchase multiple properties if you have enough people to occupy each property. There should be at least one person per property. The owner of a property is the person that owns the main door. When taking over a district all buildings must be owned and have one person for each property.Districts with NPCs cannot be blocked and players must have full access to NPCs and all of their services. The player must also be able to leave after using the NPC.

Hello,

As you were a cop during the raid you're allowed to break New Life Rule in the nuke specifically only as long as you're attempting to raid/stop the nuke. See below.

As you had died three times previously attempting to raid it, it's pretty clear your intention is that you were going to raid since that's the only reason other than you breaking New Life Rule of course, which you weren't from the context.

UPDATE:

I've spoken with Captin seeking further clarification, surprising to me this is still RDM. As Red X showed no intention of raiding and didn't enter the KOS Area, this was RDM. I'll speak to Alpha and clear up this misconception.
