Story - He randomly entered my base (no warrant) and killed me after requesting money (as a cop).

I had a look through your report and the evidence provided and it is infact very clear that this cop has RDMed and they will be punished for rulebreaks, however I would like to state that if you were RDM'ed it dosent give you the right to break NLR. I suggest in future similar occurrences that you make an F1 of the RDM right after it has happend without going back there.
