From what i saw of the evidence Dr. House was shot by someone and they then killed you instead of the person who shot them. However that does not mean we can tell if it was actually RDM, you would need to get the shot logs as in this case you may have shot at him as well(but missesd) which would be why he killed you. Hello Mr. Rules!
I have had a look at the report in game, and saw the logfs etc. I talked to Dr. House and as I understand it you both were in tower. House got shot by a sniper and while he was stressed he turned around and saw that you had a sniper and without thinking he killed you. This is a common misstake but I told House to be more carefull in the future. This will not happen again, I apologize.
