HIS FUCKING POINT IS THAT I GOT FUCKING BAN FOR IT AND HE WANTS RED X DEMOTED! Yet again.we belive that if a user gets warn for that Staff team needs to be warn/demoted as well I mean I appeal my ban but it got denied by HA so if his right so red x needs to be demoted cuz if the situation turn around I got banned so he needs to be demoted / official |

The rules clearly state that "players must have full access to NPCs and all of their services. The player must also be able to leave after using the NPC." In this situation we can clearly see that the rules were broken as Jack didn't even gain access to the NPC. There are districts that don't contain an NPC that could be used to nuke in, you don't have to use this one, but if you wish to make sure you follow the rules. In this situation the rules were clearly broken and so RedX will be spoken to and the rules clarified.
