What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
rdm'ed a police officer during a nuke, as stated in an admin sit just last night by himself and morgan. "you have to give full access to all npc's across the map, even tho if you do not have a car you have to be able to access the npc." As shown in the video i made no attempt of even going close to redx and he straight up shoots me and rdm's me.

Surely the fact that you were breaking nlr and that you can only do that whilst raiding a nuke would signify that you were there to raid?

Regardless of if he had NLR or not, he showed no intention of raiding AND their KOS sign implied you wouldn't be allowed to use the NPC anyway lol, "KOS past here" a new player isn't going to know 4.15 in depth are they..?

My point is that the rule states " cop is allowed to break nlr during a nuke" so yes within the rules im allowed to go back the npc.
