Other Comments: I did submit an F1 as you will see in the video however I think all staff were busy.
Reason: SSRP Server Rule 3.1a:

3.1a CDM Server 1 - You should actively avoid hitting players with your vehicle, this includes all areas of the map.

Story: I was walking around the map trying to find hits to carry out. I entered the Fountain District and was met with the front bumper of a pink SUV being driven by Lucky.
