What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: We were having a talk because a person said "Niger" and said it was a country, and other people started saying the country was "Nigeria" so I said in the chat that there is in fact country called "Niger" in Africa and he MUTED and WARNED me.

The context of why he said it was that he was responding to someone saying "Nigeria is a country not n-word", he then corrected them by saying "niger is a country". He was not using the counties name in a way to loophole racism, he was saying it to correct someone and stating a fact. Niger is the name of a country, meaning it would require context to be considered loopholing and the context he used it in was far from racist.

Given the context behind this, you clearly weren't trying to be racist.
Context is incredibly important when it comes to classifying something as "loopholing". The word you used was not racist, so that can't be taken into account, and in context, you were simply stating a fact about the existence of a country. Absolutely not warnable unless you did it constantly with the intent to aggravate Kurze / cause trouble, which it doesn't seem like.
My opinion is that Kurze should be spoken to and reminded about how to handle certain situations and the punishments should be removed, but nothing more for now.

Hello Arcane,

As proven by Kurzex you - as well as everyone else on the server - were clearly told to stop the discussion and not mention the term again. The only reason why you were having the discussion regarding the country "Niger" was because some people on the server thought it would be funny to taunt the staff team and use racist loopholes.

When asked to stop, you should stop. "The staff's word is final", as described by our rules. However the punishment was rather harsh in this particular context, and Rad1cal - who straight up said the n-word - wasn't punished at all. Next time we will not be this lenient, but I will remove your punishments regarding this as well as the ones given to Skulduggery.

Consider the report denied as you ignored the orders of a staff member, but considering the harshness of this situation - as well as the fact that someone else wasn't punished for doing the same - your punishments will be removed.

I also heard you talked it out with Kurzex, which is good to hear.
