Story - (What happened?) so i was in the nether i witnessed conor placing a minecart in a gap then he brought a diamond block and put it under the minecart then he started prop surfing so i killed him quickly before he could finish prop surfing

Evidence of SteamID - something you removed from the template in your post - is also necessary for this to be handled. If you did have proof we'd only be able to see a name. We'd have no way to know if that name belongs to the SteamID you have added in the report.

Next time type status in chat. This will give you a list of all users on the server and their SteamID. Then screenshot that.
