Hello , Kyber. i have had a look through your report and the evidence provided and after further investigation from the logs (i was online at the time of this happening) i have come to the conclusion to punish this user for their rulebreaks as it was clear he was mass rdming and he was targeting tosik which can be considered targeted harrasment.
