Hello Zachery Wraith and thank you for making this report abuse. I have reviewed the evidence given by Hopsical and spoken with him. During the review of the report I found that you formed 3 accusations against Hopsical.
Here are the results I have gotten from my investigation.

As per accusation 1 I deem Hopsical not guilty of said offense. You started going after him instantly with incredible amount of hostility towards him after a simple misunderstanding. Accusation 2 I deem irrelevant as Hopsical has yet to make a mistake that has an effect and rather you attacked him thus maybe you should be apologizing. Lastly the accusation 3 that you went on about in the comments of this post I deem Hopsical to be not guilty of said offense. This ruling is because during my time of staffing we have drawn a clear line between falsely reporting people and being in the wrong. In this case Hopsical reported you thinking you acted upon a false KOS (a valid reason) and after you correcting him and telling him why you killed him he removed the report from the system. Whilst cancelling the report was a preferable action nothing inherently wrong was done by Hopsical and seems to be really nit picky to actually even complain about this seeing that false reporting rule exists mainly to aid the staff and stop harassment.

Overall as evident Hopsical did nothing that requires intervention by a LT member but I did request him to avoid fueling conflicts like he did with you and thus this Demote request has been
