Time And Date (CET) - (When did it happen?) 1:20 AM GMT
Other Comments - (Anything else you want to add?) Nothing , other than the fact that he has been doing this for atleast an hour at the spawn district and to many other people.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) RDM / MASS NLR (possibly mass RDM)
Story - (What happened?) This guard kept randomly killing people at the spawn district claiming that they were AFK and that AFK = its fine to kill which is false..
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)
