Time And Date (CET) - 20th of July, ~23-1 o clock
Other Comments - Theyre friends on steam and when they get into the same team they switch asap so they can ghoist
Reason - Ghosting
Story - Hella insane mostly kills himself when hes a prop, hawk tries to hide himself a bit at least.
But as soon as the one of them whos prop dies, they go from prop to prop and kill everyone.
Hella insane is really obvious since he even stands in front of you, aming at you and spams taunts sometimes.
Proof - we didnt capture all of it, but in the vid my friend was viewing him running from spot to spot and on the screen you can see that hes dead before the round begins. sure this can happen by accident, but it happened multiple times in a row and it was obvious that he did it to ghost. once he burned himself in the fire of the fancy house, like, come on...

note: the only thing i changed from the first report is the updated link with a screen where he admited that hes not following the rules.

Hello WeeklyMeat,

I would, firstly, like to say thanks for taking the time to make this report and doing your part to help keep the server clean. After thoroughly reviewing the evidence you have provided, I have come to the conclusion that the evidence supplied does not show them ghosting. The video merely shows the accused, Hella Insane, killing props in very common spots on that particular map and while they have admitted to not wanting to always follow server rules, it doesn't directly states that they would ghost.

If you ever encounter such a situation again, feel free to contact me or another staff member from here. I will also keep an eye out for these players whenever I'm on the server. Thank you again for making this report; this has been
