What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
Banning ashur for Racism + Loophole, and ignoring the other guy while he used racism loophole IN THE SIT. Dankek claims that the player did not know about the loophole rule. While the rule is clearly 0 tolerance and I see people getting banned for it frequently. I do not think it was fair that he banned only Ashur and not the other guy for doing the exact same thing.
I dont think you can ban a person for something and not ban another person for doing the same thing, Even if he has no punishments its a 0 tolerance rule.

0 tolerance dose not mean an insta ban if he has no recents for racism

He doesnt need to have one, People are getting banned without recents for it

The guy had the cleanest rap sheet I'd ever seen, he had literally 0 punishments EVER, and him himself said he didn't know about it, he didn't have any malicious intent while saying it. Also, ashur got banned for 4 days (it was lowered after banning him) for 3 recents+RDA+ Loophole racism since he kept on repeating nword with two asterisks , obviously loopholing it and trying to offend. I'd like to also add he lied to me about the RDA on steam, and he should be lucky I didn't extend it since he tried to lie in an appeal situation.

i had 0 recents once and i got a warn + mute for racism and it was barely even a loophole, the user should have been punished

Fuck off, if he didn’t know the policy tell him about it why should he ban a new player why do you think we’re loosing players if it’s like that, difference is ashur has been banned so many times before and this other guy I assume Hasent

Ashur has plenty of previous punishments for racism and knows what is and isn't allowed in this community. In the mean time this other user has just joined the server and didn't realise what rules and values we follow here. Dankek explains this to them so that they know and do not do it again and bans Ashur, who already knows.

That isn't unfair in the slightest and Dankek should not receive any reprecussions for it. This would only be an issue if Dankek had not spoken to the user and completely ignored their racism or if the user had been previously punished for racism or should have clearly known about it from being in the community for some time. None of that is the case, and he did nothing wrong in this scenario.
