I think what it actually is is less of a serious report on Clarky in the traditional sense but more of a way to expose the long lasting double standards from the Lead Team and staff team in general which Bunny believes is being perpetuated by Clarky. He is trying to show the hypocrisy of such ill mannered language being spewed by Clarky with no such castigation being applied compared to what he believes is an extremely heavy handed punishment recently given to him for something of similar severity.

These two "examples" are completely different for each other, as the reason for the punishment was not disrespect, but rather the fact that because of the other reasons, the disrespect was the icing. Although, people get mutes for this sort of thing, when it's done extensively which clarky did not.

I think clarky had a lot of aggresivity on the server and had a low humanelity point so he should be demoted
