He actually killed a staff member in this scenario, who apparently took no action for some reason. Before accepting this report I will have a talk with Sloth to gain more clarification on the situation.

I will respond to this report once I have done that.

Hello McDixon, The player obviously RDMed you. He was a citizen as he killed you and another user in the Mining District and had no valid reason for killing you.
