Story -
round 91, Tatito_CoolDude_TETE was an innocent who RNT'd into the lighthouse, doing 84 damage to me. He disconnected before the next round, so I was unable to report him.

Thank you for your time in making this report. After viewing the evidence provided it has been concluded that there is not enough to punish the user. If you do have any video evidence that would be of any help to this situation I encourage you to post it somewhere so that we can review it and draw a better conclusion. Until we can find enough proof to ensure we are not falsely punishing this individual, no punishment can be administered.
