Other Comments - I did report this in game, but the admin who handled it (brenzor9137) didn't properly understand the situation, and thus dismissed the report without punishing him.
I reported the incident the round after it happened - when the incident happened, on round 86, void4551 was an innocent who RNT'd and injured other innocents with an incendiary grenade. However, when brenzor9137 picked up the report, all he saw was that on the current round void4551 was a traitor, and thus he assumed the report was invalid.
Reason - Broke the 2.1 Random Death Match rule (I assume damaging fellow innocents through RNT falls mostly under this)
Story -
round 86, void4551 was an innocent who RNT'd and injured other innocents with an incendiary grenade

You can see that me and Obunga are stuck together, and Skinny Boi comes up to us and stands still to tell an admin we're stuck. Obunga teleports away, allowing me to move, so I only take 1 damage from the incendiary. Skinny Boi, who was standing next to us, takes 49 damage before he can leave the fire. If Obunga hadn't teleported away in time, we'd have ended up dying.

Thank you for taking the time to make this report. After watching the video it is clear that the grenade was throw deliberately at a group of stuck people with the intent to kill them. Given that the user in question intended to break a rule and this was not just a case of an accidental grenade they will be punished accordingly.
