happened to me once, they killed me the second I dropped my ION, luckily my friend picked it up and gave it back.

As I see it, you were in there shooting those criminals, the cop then entered and saw a guy in a Jugg from a distance, he could've been thinking it was a criminal in there, because you can't really see what job you are unless they're in a short distance to see color of the job under your name. Sure, it's a fair report, but..
