Attempted to speak to him and he didn't reply, so I'll base this outcome on the proof provided. He is shown being disrespectful and discriminative in the provided screenshots, and considering he's recently been chat muted for disrespect, I'll issue a warning and a chat mute for disrespect/discrimination.
