⁽¹⁾Devas caught me "CDMing" on S1 when I ran him over 3 times, all 3 times I was either prop pushed or spawn was orbed so obviously me trying to stay alive I am going to try to avoid the orb, I went flying out of spawn and apparently hit him, I pay no mind to it as I hadn't noticed until I get teleported to a roof, asked why I did it, then warned with no words uttering from his mouth other than "why did you CDM 3 times?".

⁽²⁾He also tried to punish me for NLR when I was in spawn after a player had orbed it again, everyone in spawn had NLR because everyone had died, Raeker and Max have both said in the past NLR should not apply if you were RDM'd. Anyways Devas decided to pick on me out of everyone for whatever reason and move me out of spawn because I had NLR, he didn't do the same to everyone else.

³Generally the kid is off his tits and is looking for any reason to punish someone and that shouldn't have a place in the SSRP staff team. I had a very consistent attitude for nearly 3 months now but apparently because I tried to RP getting away from certain death (and getting RDM'd) it means I get punished for it. Even if I had no proof I want him spoken to about it, not punished unless he admits to it, but at least asked about the situation, no doubt he'll lie for his own gain.

I shouldn’t comment on much here, without any evidence or knowing the full story. But what I will comment on is the bias, if your story is correct, and he attempted to punish you and only you out of a group of people that all did the same thing (which wasn’t against the rules if your story holds true) then he would need speaking to about that.	eddie. After having a talk with both Devas and Nafe we all agreed that this report should be denied.
Devas hasn't done anything wrong. You broke NLR and CDMed, as a staff member who sees someone break rules he did the right thing which is to take actions.
If you manage to get any sufficient proof to backup any of your claims feel free to make a new report.
