What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Basicly I was chatting with some people about my nationality and my name. I'm from Czech Republic and my name is Nikola Vzduch, which when you translate the name is Nick Air (use google or whatever to translate this if you don't trust me). He warned me and banned me for saying my name which is very offensive and racist to me. If you think that my name is racist, think again who's the racist.
What server(s) was this on?: Minecraft TTT 24/7
Evidence: Well, I can't get it atm but you can check the logs and also I'm banned atm

Why would you randomly translate your name into English and say it out loud? What does that do for you, and the server? Also, Nikola does not translate to Nick. Obviously, without any evidence as to what actually happened on the server we can’t tell the actual story and what you did for Harry to ban you. I can see where you could’ve been loopholing here and just because it is your real name, does not mean you wouldn’t make racist jokes regarding it. Hello RadkoTheSerb,
after taking a look at your report and having a quick talk with Harry I have decided to deny this report. Regardless of if your name actually is what you say it is you are still in the wrong. First of all, Harry told you to stop first which you ignored, he then gagged and warned you for it which you again ignored and he finally banned you. Also, you stumbled across the wrong guy, I myself am named Nickolas I know that neither Nikola nor Nickolas translates to Nick, it's just a nickname you can use.
