Pretty sure he's broken more rules than this and when an ADMIN comes to deal with him he tries to run and treats us like shit.

Why a ban request if you were able to handle it as a admin being? Seems silly to me.

Also the proof you've shown shows tiny infractions such as abusive language. He should only be warned and banned for 3 hours at tops.

I've also had issues with this player when dealing with him as a Moderator.
Just because I have no permission to some commands, he feels that he can be an asshole and get away with it.

Well you can't perma him for saying things like asshole. It also seems to be a poor effort from the staff to handle him as they are saying things as 'dont have enough power to deal with him'.

I agree with Scottie. Why to post a ban request as an admin; It is your job to handle it after all, you have the proofs and the reason, you should just have banned him on your own.
