No guys, the famous bug in the shop checkout is when you open it then can't close, open or do anything, you can't even type in chat or do anything, the only way to speak, is using mic or the console, and he has already been reported for scamming some months ago, so i won't believe this bs. Alright, after taking a deep look into this and knowing that he actually timed out, I came to the conclusion to Accept this and Ban him due to me not being able to Contact him, I've added him on Steam so he'll be able to Inform me when He's going to get back! The User "Get Bombed" has now been Permanently Banned from SSRP until he Gives you the "Scammed" Item which in this Case is a Minigun 2.0. Thanks for taking your time to make this Request!
