What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
staff member was active on the server and refused to deal with a rule breaker who was trap spamming as death (speed player) whilst the other deaths are announcing the trap spam he then proceeded to leave the server the round after to go make some "money on ttt" rather then handle the situation

Rather then a demote he probably needs to be talked to.Anyway you have supplied enough proof.But I don't think he should be demoted.

Need proof of steam id for the user and also it doesn't show anywhere that the user broke a rule
