Slayed and warned me falsely. He killed someone randomly without IDing body, so I killed him, claims this was "joining gunfight, but according to ✪ ユノSmojea ✪ and Miia, it is KOSable to not ID the body./b]

This is still RDM as you were shooting at him less than 2 seconds after he started shooting and were shooting him as he was killing someone thus leading it to RDM - Don't join gunfights. I said he would have been wrong if he had killed someone and did not identify the body. The video shows Nick kill someone then without hesitation or attempting to identify the body attempt to kill another person. Personally i would not punish for this as he shot you after you had already killed one person and had started shooting another, without even bothering to attempt to id the first one.
