What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
Broke NLR twice. He did this even after clarky talking to him yesterday. This shows he clearly hasnt learnt nor cares for what clarky had to say.
He also allowed a person to break NLR in-front of him.

I have spoken to twardy and he has apologised for this. It will not happen again. Since he was already supposed to have been spoken to about this before, and he clearly did it multiple times, I will also bring it up in the meeting this week. Thank you for the report.
