What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
Broke the staff ethos and banned me for way too long, He banned me for having 6 recent punishments and a disrespectful attitude, i'm not quite sure why he would decide to ban me for being disrespectful, this just goes against the staff ethos. He could've easily resolved the situation by muting me, but he decided to ban me for a full week for something so minor.

Should've only had 5 punishments, but ashur didn't get the warning removed...

If you're ban reason rings true and you break rules and your response is to be disrespectful then you kinda void your ability to be defended by the ethos.
