I only got a screenshot of this - (What is the accused person's Steam-ID?)
I got screenshots of me winning the game, and others seeing that I was playing against him - (Screenshot or video of the accused players Steam-ID)
Darkrp server 1 - (What server was this on?)

He said the roll doesnt count since he didnt agree, yet other people even his friends noticed I was playing against him.+ Kall said it too, rolling means agreeing to the rules. Im sure that If I lost he would have wanted the acs too. I think this is loopholing cause I could just cf with anyone and just roll, therefore they will assume i agree and if I lose i won't give any item but if I win i can just take it - (Anything else you want to add?)

I wanted to coinflip my acs vs his nano rules were: roll 888 highest wins acs vs nano agree? and I rolled and he started to roll too after he lost he said in voice chat I wont give u my nano u fag and then i said u will or i will call an admin. Then his friend jumped in and said i will pay for him so i was ok with that. Then he cancelled traid and they started to spam NO PROOF in chat. I got evidence of him losing, others seeing that we were the only one flipping and thats bassicaly it - (What happened?)
I got screenshots of him losing and denying plus I got on record that I haven't received anything - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

Usually people have to express their agreement through the chat. Sometimes people just want to test out cf without losing anything.

If they didn't express agreement (even though they flipped) I don't believe its a valid cf.

well I think it counts as loopholing since u can just say "It was a test" I think thats rather unfair

You don't need to say "agree" or anything, if you lay down the rules and the person rolls against you then you're accepting the bet. You cannot back out of it, otherwise anyone could sneeze there way out of it.
