What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
There was a guy on the server with the name, "Hooskey". He was continuously harassing, abusing and disrespecting other users. I join and start doing my job when I first hear his disrespect.
Long story short this guy continues to mass disrespect user and start to disrespect me which you can see in some of the screenshots.
He hadn't dealt with any of the rule breakers since i had been on until the incident. The only proof of this I have is him admitting it at the first screenshot.

When he finally decides to do something after I kicked the rulebreaker for mass rulebreak. The guy joins back and Paradox puts in chat, stuff like "Leave", "leave last chance", "leave or ban" etc. the guy then leave obviously to avoid the ban. But then Paradox then puts in admin chat "Fuck the rules".

That is not how a ban should of been handle or issued by an admin. I understands its been a while for me but this is certainly not right. And his attitude after, saying "fuck the rules" was pretty bad.

Evidence:

Proof of me asking for help from him, and him kind of admitting to not doing much since i was on + some disrespect from Hoosky.

Proof of me kicking Hoosky and him rejoining, Paradox threatening a ban if he doesn't leave and the "fuck the rules" attitude.

I will speak with Paradox regarding this and explain to him the appropriate ways in which to handle these situations.
